This album is a remixed and edited version of "Open Sea" where only the improvisational sections of music were used. The "Open" improvisations by Alex Belden and Robert Seals in the various keys that are in sync with the opening of chakras from Root to Crown. This album is very useful in meditation and yoga for its progression in supporting this opening principle. This also allowed it to be less than 80 minutes long and able to fit on one CD instead of the original length of "Open Sea" at 2 hours and 33 minutes. Alex Belden mastered the album to enhance its meditative qualities.
