Four elements of nature that have collaborated and improvised their way through life are Earth, Air, Fire and Water. The second section of tracks on this work are tracks four through six and are reflections of the element air. Into the Distance was the main work composed for John Svek. His tunings would be so precise that after you played each note, the sustain would last so long and sound so pure and unwavering that it would take you infinitely into the distance of the air and atmosphere around you. Every pianist would sound better after John touched there piano. You will be forever remembered.
